When render has reached the end of its life, patching stops being economical and a full renewal is the better investment. We strip the failed render back to the masonry, repair the substrate, fit beads and mesh where needed and apply a modern through-coloured silicone or acrylic system. Because the colour runs right through, chips do not show as white patches and the elevation never needs repainting. These systems are also breathable and highly water-repellent, so walls stay drier and algae growth is dramatically reduced.
