A new roof is a once-in-a-generation job, so it is worth doing properly. We strip the old covering back, inspect and repair or replace rafters and wall plates, then rebuild with breathable membrane, treated battens and your chosen covering. Insulation is upgraded at the same time, which is by far the cheapest moment to do it, and all flashings and leadwork are renewed rather than reused. Scaffolding, skips, waste disposal and building control notification are all handled by us, and the finished roof is covered by a workmanship guarantee.
